If you’d like to learn how to organise your finances in an efficient and effective way, then CAP Money is the course for you! It’ll give you a better understanding of what you spend and how to cut costs, as well as helping you to create a manageable budget and build up some savings.

CAP Money is a free, evening course involving DVDs, discussion, workbook tasks and time to ask any personal questions on a one-to-one basis. For homework you will be invited to set up a budget with the help of online tools.   The course is run by our trained CAP Money Coaches: Ruth Hawkins, Ian Cardall and Claire Coulson.

CAP Money Course for adults:

These courses are being run over three sessions and begin at 19:30 at the C3 Centre Coldhams Lane (opp Sainsbury's), Cambridge CB1 3HW.

This year, courses will be held over three sessions.  The course dates are:
