Steve and Angie Campbell moved to Cambridge in 1994, from pastoring in the North West of England, to head up the leadership team of C3.

Steve is a world class communicator and has been involved in teaching and preaching in this country and overseas particularly with leaders and in bible school settings.

Angie is involved in many different areas in C3 and the wider community including leading the Breathe women's ministry programme, the annual Breathe Women's Conference, director of Children's ministry and the very successful Operation Christmas Child project which is part of the outworking of her concern to help the poor and disadvantaged.

As well as all this, Steve and Angie parent their three wonderful children, Joshua, Rebekah and Megan.

Chris and Ann Webster have lived in the Cambridge area all of their lives. They have three children: Hannah, Leah and Simeon.

Chris is Director of Pastoral Care within C3 and together with Ann plays an active part in helping people discover and walk in wholeness.

Ann heads up C3's catering team which supports the multitude of departments within the church.

Wayne and Lisa Sanders

Wayne and Lisa Sanders are from South Africa and South Wales respectively. Having met and lived in London they moved up to Cambridge in 2002 to join the team at C3 where Wayne is the now the Worship Pastor/music director. One of his passions is to help people to connect with God in worship through music and various other artistic forms of expression.

As well as being on the leadership team, Lisa also currently works as part of the administration team in C3, is an artist (with a degree from Chelsea College of Art) and mother to their two children, Judah and Hope.
